mind full and empty,
lost in the void of deep thought.
i travel through space.

not just for my mind.
it only wanders confused,
seeking some meaning.

i attempt to pause,
take a deep breath and relax.
my mind will not stop.

struggled through the day.
now i sit here lazily.
my mind drifting off.

a green aroma
wafts through, permeates my mind.
cohesion is lost.

sloughing off the brain.
letting the mind adrift through,
my empty thinking.

staring at a field,
in the cold chill of morning.
letting my mind go.

what is true beauty?
innocence of mind, of life.
staying true to self.

stretching my body.
has quite a clearing effect.
a pureness of thought.

the mind escapes me.
free on its own, free of thought.
