Portland Haiku

glad to see the sun,
staying up a bit longer.
day light savings time.

golden sun, blue sky.
light yellow, orange, and dim.
i sigh, turn around.

a gray day begins.
the sky is cool and silver.
no sun to be seen.

golden sun drifting,
crossing the sky blue ocean.
clouds trailing behind.

bright sun is shining,
cutting cold with warm slices,
of soft golden light.

cold, wet beautiful,
the season before winter.
the sun starts to hide.

back to spring weather
brief summer and sun has past
it will come again

blue skies and bright sun
golden green spring all around
rejuvenating

sun, blue sky, no clouds
brightness shines, spring is closer
i can barely wait

cold windy wet streets
flowers blooming trees greening
sun shines through the clouds
